Well it depends. A backyard horse usually lives till 25. Top level eventers or showjumpers usually die @ 17 or 20. But if you ride your horse a lot, then he is healthier + will live longer. A lesson horse i know is 29 and can still jump a 2'3 course. It also depends on the enviroment.

Depends on how well the horse is taken care of. They can live past 30. I had a rescue horse with no teeth who lived into his 30's because of the special things I did for him, like soaking his grain and such.

I know of a horse that died at 25. I also know a 40 year old horse that is still going.
