I have paid in the US:

1. $20 MN, $30 NY, $25 FL, $15 TX

2. General annual vaccines $65 MN, $70 NY, $60 FL, $45 TX

3. Floating $25 MN, $50 NY, $35 FL, $35 TX

4. Deworming, I use a paste rotation system every 6-8 weeks and it runs $5-$15 each time

5. Sheath Cleaning (I don't do it myself although I know most people break out the Excalibur and clean it themselves) $20 MN, $40 NY, $15 FL, $25 TX

Don't forget each time the vet comes out they will charge a fee for the visit - I've paid anywhere from $15 to $125 flat fee. Short notice emergencies will always be more.

The cost will vary regionally and even from vet to vet. Are you trailering in or doing a farm call? Are you sticking them yourself or having it done? Are you using daily wormer or a schedule? Top of the line product or generic?

Sheath cleaning is free when you do it yourself. Personally, I think it should be a prerequisite for posting on any horse site...especially HOWRSE. ;o)

Well it all depends on the prices of the vet that you use. For my vet to come out its only $20. For a coggins test, vaccinations and boosters its only $90. Floating I think is only $30. Deworming is only the cost of the dewormer which the one I used was like $10. Shealth cleaning you can do yourself but my vet does it for like $25. All in all it costs me a total of $175 which in my area is cheap but he provides quality services.

Well, here, east central IA, coggins and spring shots cost 182 bucks, 50 of that was the farm call. deworming, anywhere from 8 to 15 dollars a time. ( do that myself) and teeth and sheath I had done at the same time and it was 155.

Coggins are under $30 if you pull your own blood and drop it at the clinic otherwise you have to pay for the vet to come out. Vaccinations are under $150 depending what you have done and how much the farm visit fee is.
