How much does a horse cost a month Estimate
I want to get a horse but don't now how much it is going to be.
Answers:it really all depends on where u keep him.if you board one it could range from 150.00-450 a month(but the stabels buy the feed and hay , bedding)if u keep him in your yard u r looking at oats 12.00 for 50 lbs hay 3.00-4.50 a bale , fencing about 200-1000.00 depending how big and what kind bedding is about 6.00 a bag and then the price of the horse it self could range from 200-on up you can go to auctions and buy a nice horse cheap but beware you can get someone Else's prombles (i did) 50 lbs of feed should last about a month unless u r really working him hard bale of hay in summer should last 5 days to a week and bedding lasts a week with 2 bags in stall so right about 100 _150 but then u got ur vet bills and farrier bills for trims and shoding (put shoes on) it can be cheap but it can be exspense i hope this has help you feel free to contact me specklemeprettygirl@yahoo.com if you need more help o i allmost forgot you got grooming supplies and tack also
most monthly board is around 4 to 5 hundred dollors a month. but then u need shoes(around $70 every 8 weeks or so) and occasional vet visits.
My horse was running me about $600 per month, partial board (did my own stall). It all depends on your situation.

A TON more if you're going to do all of the work yourself (buying food, bedding, etc...)
