I Need Horse Traing Help ASAP

i just got my horse and have been working with him for about two weeks; he still won't let me put a saddle on him. I've been working with him on leading and he's great... longing and he's great... picking up feet... waling all the way around him... rubbing him with bags, ropes... the list continues. He's fine with all of this; I can even get the saddle PAD and a circangle (spelling?) on hime and he's great.

When he was a baby, he was chased by four wheelers, and then when he was like 2 1/2 some other person tranquilized him, saddled him up, and got on... then got bucked off... WHILE THE HORSE WAS TRANQUED! He can't seem to get over this, and simply won't trust me to put the saddle on him. I can take it over to him... I can take him over to it... but as soon as I start to move in towards his sholder he starts to step back and go in circles until he eventually just trots away. Once I got it on him, but before I could tighten the cinch he bolted and the saddle flew off. PLEASE HELP!

Even though some people suggested it, DON'T hire a professional trainer for this - your horse has been scarred, and what he needs is you. You are his handler, his 'person', and his friend.

(A lot of people don't believe in the method below - as they've never tried it. Most people exercise force in this matter, and then let the horse figure out on his own that he's safe. In my personal opinion, you're better off in the first place allowing the horse to know he's safe with you and THEN placing tack on him...)
