I love the look of a Friesian, the beautiful gait, the black color, the flowing mane and tail, the massive but elegant build, the arched neck and I have heard they have wonderful temperament. I also love my stocky, chunky quarter horse. I have a hard time thinking of how to combine the two.

& I have one almost like that, all but the color. She is black. Awsome mix!
I have mare with 4 different breeds in her and she is amazing, we have won conformation classes at open shows and she is just wonderful. The best thing beside her being her is her hooves, they are the best, they grow perfect and hard, they rarely ever chip or break and she can walk on anything. So if I was to have any mix the hooves would have to be hers. I love my paints but the need for a good strong hoof was bred out of them.
