Just like my people had to when the buffalo were gone, and they were pushed further away from good hunting grounds. That was the last resort, before starvation. Mariah and many answered with wisdom. Isn't it strange that the horse owners who treat our horses better than some treat children, are the first to say we would, if necessary, butcher and eat not just "a horse" but "our" beloved and noble animals.

I just couldn't do it! And I guess it's weird because I eat cow and pig, but their is no way I would eat a horse. Horses are meant to be pets and not food and really eating or killing any animal is cruel. The USA is one of the only country that think it is weird to eat horse because most of the other cultures and places eat them which is totally gross. I would rather eat grass and dirt then a horsey!
