If you want to send her to a place where she can spend time with horses and do many other things as well try Coppercreek Camp in Northern California. I know you don't have California listed but they have excellent horses and qualified riding instructors.
They also have just horse camp where they spend all day with horses.
FOXFIELD... its located in westlake ca. i have gone there 4 years in a row.. the school horses are great... its fun.. its all girls... everyone is soo kind... its a sleepaway camp. and you have too book fast because they run out of spaces QUICKLY.. so i reccommend signing up next year... forms come our dec.1 and you can download them off the internet...
