Hey-- I'm doing a presentation for 4-h on important horses of the AQHA breeding industry. I have a couple so far. Any ideas?

I did my 4h project on quarter horses last year too! I included:

I got two second place ribbons but I did my project on AQH's in general and included a couple famous ones.

i could only think of the horses the first poster said, but if you can include more modern famous aqha stallions, i'd definitely include zippo pine bar.

You can find a book called Leading Sires of AQHA breeding at your local library or thay can order it for you. They have everything from Skipper W, Doc Bar , Peppy San Badger , and Blue Jet (racing quarter and direct descendant to Secretariet.) etc... They also have one on mares also.
