Is State line tack gone yet2007-11-24 21:18:08

I know petsmart was getting rid of State line tack in july and I was hoping i could find a cheap grooming kit and some fly spray on clearance, but it is like 1/2 hour away and I don't want to get all the way over there just to find out that they are already closed. Anyone know what day they are officialy closing?

Only some of the Stateline Tack sections in PetSmart are closing. Unfortunately ours is one of them as well, I buy my saddles at our feed and tack stores cause I like the higher quality but I bought a couple bits, a saddle pad, treats, spray and other stuff at PetSmart so I am bummed. They are hoping to be officially closed by the end of August. As of right now they don't have much left anyways.

i don't know about the one in your area but in mine they are just clearing out everything until everything's completely gone. there was a little fly spray and yes, cheap grooming kits still there as well as bridles, western and english saddle pads, hoof and other supplements, a few polo wrap sets, english saddle or two, etc. most of it was empty but there was some stuff!

i'm sad it's closing . . . does anyone know why? of course it was forty minutes away from my house but the other horse supply shops are like an hour away! oh well . . . as long as the catalogue keeps going :) good luck . . . oh yeah, at the stateline tack near me EVERYTHING there was on clearance! it's all SO cheap!

My stateline closed a few months ago. We got good tack for AMAZING prices. Might be worth the drive. There still online though

Stateline Tack was removed from our stores out here in Los Angeles areas. You can purchase things from www.statelinetack.com still though. It just has a new owner and is now online only.
