Is leasing a percheron/morgan mix worth &150? Is it a good deal or too much? Keep in mind I would have to drive a 30mins. to go see her. So also add in the gas money. What do you think?

$150 is cheap for leasing. Some barns by me have leasing at almost $600 a month! 30 minutes isn't that bad of a drive and even with the gas money I think it is a good deal

well you'd have to give us an idea of your location, it would depend on what state and what kind of facilities were offered. I know in New England that would be a deal and 30 minutes is nothing for travel for us.

$150 a month? A year? A week? Is the horse one that you get along with and can ride or drive or whatever you plan to do with it? Can you afford the gas to see her? And can you see her as often as your lease agrees given the drive time and cost to get there?

These are the questions that you need to answer in order to answer your own question. It's not up to us to decide if it's a good deal and distance for you, everyone is different. For some, $150 might too expensive, or just right, or yet for others, it might be so cheap that it's probably a horse not worth it. For some, driving 30 minutes might be too much to ask....
