Is it natural,
or is it something people put on the arabians face?
Answers:it is there skin though... those ares are shaved with a ravor of clippers to give the effect of a bigger eye, and bably oil is added to make it shinier and eye catching
I think the coloring is natural, but a lot of people use oils and conditoners to enhance the shine of the coat.Beautiful horses, though.
The horses have a very light hair coat on their face, they put oil on their face and it makes the skin beneath (which is black) shine. No, its not natural its just oil, meant to make them look fancy.
its natural...well maybe not for the horse. Usually people shave the horses coat until its all gone or a fine buzz so the skin shows through and it looks clean. For shows and stuff they use some kind of coat oil so the structure of the face is clearly visible and beautiful
I showed Arabians and a lot of them have dark around their eyes and they do get clipped for shows or pictures. There is also this stuff that is called high gloss that you put around their eyes, it is like and shinny gel. They also have it in black which helps make the eyes really stand out. Baby oil attracts dust and then there face looks dirty. This stuff just makes their faces shinny.
a lot of the time horses do have a darker muzzle (grey and black etc) but in those professional pictures (like ur examples) the people put on "makeup for horses" to enhance the contrast in coloring
When some people show them they put baby oil on there face after they clip them and it makes it look like that.
Believe it or not, it's baby oil.
