it came up in the Friesian search engine but I just wanna make sure.
Answers:No that is not a friesian.
It looks to me to be an Andalusian or something like that.
I have seen bay, liver chestnut, and even an leopard Appaloosa friesian but not gray.
Also that horse does not carry the breed characteristics of a friesian.
It's a bad link! Sorry. Here's a link for a Friesian collage that seems about 100% correct:

(I LOVVEEE THESE HORSES)
:)
It's either an Andalusian or a Lippizan... friesians are ALWAYS black unless they are crossed with another breed of horse
Bad link?
bad link!!!!!!!!!!... :)
For all of you saying bad link, HIT REFRESH! Well it is not a friesian. Friesians are nearly always black. It looks like an Andalusian, but it could be a Lipizzanner (they are closely related).
Definitely not a Friesian. Friesians must be black with basically no markings to be registered, but there are odd chestnut ones born every now and then...no greys in the breed because to get a grey, one parent must be grey...no chance of that happening from two black horses. That horse is most likely an Adalusian or Lusitano, possibly a Lipizzaner.
A Friesian cross <might> be grey, but a purebred, registered Friesian never would be. Below is a link to a fairly decent picture and info.
No,its a lipizzaner.Im horse smart.
