Is this horse worth it
This morning I went to see a horse that I was interested in leasing. The owner of the horse does not own the facility but owns 6 horses that are boarded there.
The horse seemed nice. Easy going temperment, and very pretty. The only visible care problem was that he had a halter rub. Other than that he looked a healthy weight and very clean.
The facility on the other hand was only 2 stables blocks, a back pasture, a small roundpen and a yard. They said they were buliding an arena but as of right now they just ride in the yard and the little kids and ponies ride in the round pen.
Lease is only $100 a month and only $80 if I clean stalls. Is it worth leasing this horse over the summer?
Answers:If you feel comfortable with the place, and think you would enjoy yourself and the horse. Go ahead, if you have any concerns, they will probably get bigger down the road. So remember, if you make the choice, don't complain later.
Oh yeah, go for it, if you are in Indiana I could help you and we could go riding together!
Go for it, my sister crazy4pcd3 and me and you could all go riding sometime if you are in Indiana
Wow...thats a great price!!
This seems to be only a question you can answer. As a horse owner in the past if you choose to do it pay the 100.00 bucks. Let them clean the stalls. It is a hard and dirty job.
do it it is a verry pritty horse and if you are indiana can i ride to!
I dont know. The horse is cute! Maybe you could ask if you could move it to another close by barn. And I would work. That is a nice lease! But just keep asking when they are planning on building an indoor and they will build one! lol
Its a really good deal - Go for it!
Yes. I'd do it!
Several points: You said you went to see him. I assume you rode him? Is he what you are looking for in a riding horse?
