I need a liability waiver to use when pople want to ride one of my horses on my property. Where would I find one?
Answers:Equine.com. They have things like that. Got to the site and you have to register but it's free. Under my equine it has documents listed that you can download and print.

This is a really good one from a riding stable.

But please remember, that even with a waiver you still can be sued if someone gets hurt. They may not win anything, but it will still cost you attorney's fees.
In Arizona you can just post a sign on the fence. It's a law that the rider is always responsible for their actions and any injury, not the owner of horse and property. No matter what happens while riding, the owner is not liable because of a simple sign. I'd check the state laws, and just post one on your fence if you can. It's easier if you know the state laws, and nice to have the sign up. Plus, no forms to deal with.
The person above is right, you can still be technically sued, but the form or sign means that liability goes to the rider and the case *should* be won by you.
talk to your insurance company.
