It's a poor photo-- from the picture, her legs are much too short and her head looks coarse. Her neck is set nicely and a good length, but her throatlatch is thick, which will inhibit her ability to flex at the poll and move on the vertical. A better photo would tell us if she's actually built this way, or if it is indeed because the picture was taken from too close to the mare.

Her head looks a bit coarse, but she has solid legs and good feet. Her shoulder and hip angles are impossible to tell from the photo. She lacks muscling in her hindquarters, so she hasn't been worked very consistently or at high levels. Her sire is a nice horse, but why isn't there more info on the dam's side of the pedigree? Did the person posting the ad not know? Or is she a 'grade' horse. If that's the case, she's extremely overpriced.

How experienced are you? If you're a relative beginner or have only been riding for a few years, this looks like 'too much horse' for you. If you're more experienced, she may work out fine. Jr/Amateur mount does not mean she's an easy horse to ride or a beginner's horse.

Ask why they gave her a 4 for temperament. I've rarely seen even the nuttiest horses given more than a 5 or 6 on scales like these. Broke, rideable horses that don't need a ton of work to keep them going nicely are rarely rated at more than a 2 or 3.
