If I were you, I'd start drinkin' heavily.
There is no anwer to that question, sorry. Both Appy's and Paints are a crap shoot most of the time if you will GET any coat pattern. And if you do, there is no telling what that pattern will be. What are the base colors of the horses? Chestnut, bay, black etc.
some coat patterns:
solid
leopard
blanket
roan
snowflake
spots
overa
tobiano
and any combination of the above patterns.
It also depends if the stallion is homozygous as well. If he isn't, there's a strong possibility that the foal won't receive any of the paint pattern.
why would you want to?
That's an awful combination with no good reason to do so. You could get pinto and appaloosa overlapping, or just one, or neither if for some reason solid genes connect together.
Would be better to breed her to an app.
First of all, why would you want to? You could potentially end up getting a very odd combination of patterns... Secondly, I couldn't tell you anything about what color they could end up without knowing what colors the horses are. I don't know too much about Appaloosa color patterns, so whether the mare is homozygous for that pattern could make a big difference. Overos can NOT be homozygous (if so they are lethal white and die shortly after birth). So you have a 50% chance of the stallion passing on the paint pattern, but beyond that I cannot say without more info. Without specific colors, and assuming the mare is heterozygous for the leopard pattern, you probably would end up with a 25% chance the horse would have both patterns, 25% App pattern, 25% Overo, 25% solid colored horse.
Well, you never can really tell the coloring until the foal is born. I bred my brown and white tobiano mare to a bay stallion who supposedly "always" throws the mare's color and the colt came out totally brown (bay) with a tiny strip of white with black spots on his hind feet. You can barely see any paint on him.
I've seen some stunning combinations, and ones that were more plain. Some horses looked like the leapard spots were smudged, some had cow sized patches with big leapard spots.
