Preferably one like the Coverall arenas (except cheaper).

I get the FarmTek catalogue and there seem to be some deals in there. I also suggest that you contact some of the independent local builders in your area and see what they might charge to put together what you need. Some other names that come to mind are Clearspan and Wecover.

When we built our (steel) barn and arena fifteen yeas ago, I looked at all the national name brands and some local ones and went with a local independent contractor, who bought materials from a variety of sources and did most of the labor himself. While it took a bit longer to complete, the overall cost was easily $10,000 cheaper and the structure has stood up admirably.

However, one of the reasons to go with a recognizable name like CoverAll is the security and guarantees of craftmanship they offer.

I don't think "inexpensive" and "indoor arena" belong in the same sentence, to be perfectly honest!

Coverall arenas are probably the cheapest out there.

My one and only up-close-and-personal experience with a Coverall arena was when I visited a farm to check out some sale horses, and they had us riding in their indoor. OMG, it was worse than a sauna. Air temp was fine outside, but inside that thing, it was unbearably hot, could hardly breathe. It seemed to have a greenhouse effect.
