A red roan horse that had more white than red which make him look dark rosy pink. I thought I was seeing things. But he was pretty.

Brindle...they do exist in horses, and are extremely unusual, but very pretty. I saw one at a show once, I think the horses unusual color was the only thing it had going for it though.

Brindle's got to be the strangest horse color. I've never seen one in person though, they're pretty rare.

Most interesting color that I've actually seen... well, I use to show against this girl who had a grey pintaloosa. Really cute gelding, nice little dressage horse. He was somewhere mid-greying process so he was still a steely grey color, plus he had a spotted blanket and tobiano markings. He was fun to look at. His show name was the best part though: Easy To Spot.

I had one whose color was listed on his papers as a buckskin roan. His underlying color was a dark gold; he had black points; and then he had a lot of white hairs sprinkled throughout his coat like a roan. Weird color-- great horse!
