Answers:Where I come from, Arabs born of Egyptian bloodlines are extremely sought after. He is in the prime of life as a 5 yr. old, healthy, a gelding to boot (meaning he will probably have less of a temper on him), not too big or small, and is trained thouroughly by a professional in two different riding styles. Many people also admire a horse with a dark, deep black coat. I would say you have an expensive piece of horseflesh on you, so the price will be high. (I won't give you an estimate, because it depends on the market where you live.)
Gelding, Good for riding only. Market varies from place to place. In Ar it would bring $1500. to $2500. Most depends on the quality of training.

probaly2500 to4000
My Arabian gelding (registered and purebred- crabbit- trained in both and is 16.2 hands-does not compete yet- has had 1 1/2 years of pro training) Was 2,500 but it depends on the seller! I've seen them up to 10,000! but your horse seems close to mine, so i would suggest 2,500!
