i have a mini horse i bouht and was trying to take care of but it did not work the ladie i bouht him from signed a contract and if i ever was going to sell him she wanted to buy him back for the same price i paid. well weeks went by and i was haveing trouble with money so i hade to sell him so i did as the contact said and brouht him back to the orignal owner when i got to her farm with the pony she said she did not have the money at that time so i said ok send it in the mail she agreed to send the full amont for the pony a week went by and i called and asked her for the money she said it was in the mail i said ok well i waited and it never came i called her the next week and asked she said i will have to take money off the horse becuse i gave him shots and she said she was chageing me bored so i waited for the money and it still has not come it been 2 mth i am woundeing should i take her to small clams corat or what do i do i have called about 6 times i am 17 years old

You need to get an adult involved. She's trying to rip you off because you're a teenager. Sending your dad out to talk with her may get better results. She has no right to charge you for shots or board if the deal was she would buy the horse back if you decided to sell. Since she hasn't paid, I'd take your dad out there and if she doesn't pay in full, repossess your horse and try and find another buyer. If you have to, get a lawyer involved.

this is more of a legal issue than a horse issue. you have a right to that money so call a lawyer!
