In our area, a horse such as the one you described would be sold for about $1200 - $3500. It also depends on the bloodlines. Are almost all the horses in his 3 generation pedigree champions or just a few? What kind of showing did he do? A horse that had some good halter placings in a local show may not be near the quality of horse than one that had some nice placings in national shows.
