All of the ansers you've recieved are very good options to check out...But~~~"YOU's" answer is very important if you don't want to waste money on tack that probably won't end up fitting the horse you end up buying... If the saddle doesn't fit correctly-the horse will be uncomfortable and will let you know by what may seem to you as misbehaving...

usedsaddles.com, St. Croix Saddlery, Charlotte's. You can google these and they will ship. Its a lot less expensive than new! If you want good deals on new tack I would try Chick's Saddlery or Libertyville Saddle Shop.

There's always the standard Dover Saddlery and State Line Tack. I'm not sure if you are looking for English or western tack but some of these carry both, others are just English.
