Where can I down load shot records
I have sold a horse that I do the shots on. The buyer is taking him to a ranch where they want to see the shot records. I have the sicker that comes with vacines, but I need a record card to put them on and a date I gave it. Do you know where I can download a form like this?

dont know but some vets can sell you a shot record booklet or some might just give you one... look at horse supply catalogs maybe they would have one you can order.
