a gun-proof hunting horse? I have looked around on equinehits, dreamhorse and lots of other places, but I can't find what I am looking for. Know any websites?

you can get a book called bomb proofing your horse and train the horse your self if you r not finding what you want. I have this book and the book is wrote by a retired policeman that trained horses for the police force

[If you mean hunting as in shooting hunting] If you're looking for a horse to go hunting on, you can always find one that works well for everything else you need and them train it not to shy at the sound of a gun being handled or shot. Simply find a horse that suits you then spend a lot of time with it, run its body with whatever weapon you use, do some target practice around the animal (but not where you're likely to have the animal run in front of the path of your weapon) and just get them used to the sounds and smells, show them its ok and that it won't work them.
