Don't know if you're looking for paddoct or tall boots. Another option would be www.jeffers.com (the Equine portion of it).. their items tend to be reasonably priced.

Ebay has everything...i have seen some at garage sales...you could also try going to a tack shop near you and get a pair.11's (my size) are normally cheaper at my shop...there's not that many cowgirls with big feet.
