And do NOT give your horse a laxative the day before they show, or with hold food before you ride. That's just asking for colic. Don't take a small training issue and make it into a health problem!

try using a crop. if she doesn't listen then try having someone on the ground hold the crop and smack her from behind...

Uhm if you're on the toilet pooping, do you want to be moving through the house? Would you walk down the hall of your house and poop at the same time? Of course not. The muscles needed to expend feces cannot work like that while the other muscles of the body are moving. Chances are she will not do tha during a show.

if you're riding with someone else, have them whack her with their reins or a crop or whatever - just be ready in case it startles her and she spooks.

all of the ranch horses we have keep walking when they go, and this is how they learned to keep moving.

Try clucking, kissing, and squeezing your legs in. If that doesn't work try getting longer reins (if you don't have some already)and whack her on the butt with them. Be sure to keep a firm hold on her mouth when doing so in case she lurches forward or spooks. Just not to tight or she may get mad. Try carrying an english size crop and just keep tapping. The tapping irritates them and she should start to move foreward.
