Why are we so horrible to each other2007-11-24 21:23:16

This is an answer I got to a question about my little Arab injuring his suspensory ligament and I am really irritated about it right now! Why do people do this on here?

My horse is fine by the way, no swelling and he is walking much better. I even called my vet and he said no need to bring him in. He told me to do what I already did (and what some of you suggested) hydrotherapy, perhaps some ointment, a light wrap, lots of rest and TLC. He is confined in a smaller pen and happy right now. This lady needs to get off her high horse, my boys are loved but I am not going to rush them to the vet at every injury when not necessary.

Answers:

It seems that if you own a horse, your an expert. Its the same at the horse shows I go to, the trails I ride on and the cattle events I participate in.

However, I use mules in EVERYTHING so I'm pretty thick skinned to nasty comments now.

Theres just natural born jerks, its seems they inhabit Y/A moreso than any other website :)

Don't let it get to you, you know whats best for you horse and you did the correct route to do so.
