Since horses are so different as well, it can be said that the people who are involved with them are going to be different so who is one person to judge another for giving one person advice when the advice was being sought in the first place. There is more than one way to handle equine issues, every vet works differently and every trainer, rider etc. works differently. As intelligent horse owners and enthusiasts it is up to us to respect that we are not the sole answer holders when it comes to horses and there are other ways and ideas out there. In order to become wise in our horse knowledge, we have to be willing to listen to others opinions and ideas and be willing not to automatically criticize just because something is different. sorry i didnt realize you were asking about horses here as i didnt see the word horse once in your question...i thought the question was about why people judge others or call them names...maybe had you related your question to horses or explained why you posted here it would have been better understood
any kind of webpage where users from all over the world are interacting is going to show you a cross-section of society, the good and the bad. there will always be jerks and there will always be people willing to help. just thank God we still have both.
I agree that everyone should be polite with their answers. There is no reaosn to be mean or call names and some people answering questions are unnecessarily rude. But there are people who post things and then don't want to hear opinions that are different from their own. So it seems to go both ways.
