Why do people treat questioners like they are 22007-11-24 21:23:21

Other people who DON'T know also read Q and A. Maybe someone who DIDN'T know some helments are better than others. Your question was an opportunity for helping someone. I don't see a huge stretch in somebody thinking a person who hadn't seen the product you described might not be well informed about helmets.

Too bad so many people think their questions are only for themselves. Don't take things so personally, you'll be a lot happier.

Hey I hear ya! I ask questions all the time and get either ridicuouls answers or people going off on me telling me what I am doing is wrong and my horses are going to die! But you have to take the good with the bad and although sometimes the bad is REALLY bad there are a lot of people with great advice on here. hhqh01 is a great example, all of her answers are precise to the question with no judgement or opinion of the rider, just facts. I appreciate it!

So unfortuantely is common for people to be condescending, just give them a thumbs down and ignore the ignorant know-it-alls and try to take in all the quality information provided.

Good tip - add those that give you good feedback as contacts so they can always see when you ask a question!
