Wintec 2000
I bought a used Wintec 2000 in good condition, and when I get
the urge to ride english, or have an english riding visitor, it's THE saddle in my barn. And everyone who's sat it finds it to be extremely comfortable. My horse moves out freely and happily, and maintenance is practically nothing.
I scrubbed it up with soap and water for my niece to show in and it looked great. The synthetic leathers are a bit stiff in the winter, but I'm in Canada and all plastic gets brittle up here in the sub zero temps, so I doubt that would be a problem for you. Oh, and mine is non-CAIR as well. One friend of mine swears by her Wintec Pro Dressage with CAIR, but personally I like the traditional better. I find the saddle conforms wonderfully. I've also sat in the 500, and I liked it,
but the 2000 was a bit more grippy, and I'm rather green with the english tack still, so I splurged.
a wintec is what it is a leather alternate,I have ridden in one and yeah they're ok.As for not being able to compete in one which no nothing "Hack Queen" told you that?
No that is NOT true. I have a wintec 2000 and I show in it every weekend!! it is very nice. I 鈾?the cair panels to eliminate
saddle sores. The saddle itself is also really comforatable.
I got my wintec on a Thursday a year and a half ago and I showed HUS on Saturday. It has minamal Break in time and it is Deff. allowed to be showed in!!
