Wintec Pro Endurance Saddle
My tb and I are going to start our training for endurance racing. Has anyone used the Wintec Pro Endurance? Did you like it? I like the way the store described it on the sales page. I can only find 1 store that carries endurance saddles within the area that I live in. I dont want to use a CC or a AP saddle which other people have suggested.
Answers:I don't own a Wintec Enduro but I do own a Wintec 2000 and love it. I checked out the Enduro saddle on the Wintec website and I do like the look of the Enduro. It has the rings on the skirt behind the cantle for bags and the seat is wider and flatter so that will be a plus for long hours in the saddle. It weighs 13 pounds which is actually 2 pounds heavier than the 2000 but still, that's a light weight. If the store you found nearby has the Wintec Enduro I say go try it out. If not make sure that the company you order it from has a saddle return policy. good luck and happy enduroing!
T.B interesting choice...Anyhow it'll all come down to fit for the both of you, bottom line ,wintecs are ok.
II live in Florida and ridden in a wintec and I have to warn you aboutr the heat factor for riding ling distance. The synthetic material gets very hot after riding long distance. Leather breaths more. Just my experience.
