How experienced are you at riding horses? If you don't have much experience, you should find a place that offers riding lessons. Once you have taken lessons for a while, ask your instructor about the different riding and showing styles. Try out 2 or 3 different styles to see which one you like best, and then purchase a horse that performs that style well.

arabian horse prettest i have 3 fullbreed arabian horses
don't get a pony or arabian they can be a pain. I would suggest a quarter horse or a Thorobred would be a good choice. They are nice and you can tame them easily. They are calm.

-good luck!

paleminos, they are fun and easy to take care of,
I prefer quarter horses. they can do almost anything. Also i would buy a gelding because then you wont have to worry about heat cycles.
One of the best show horses is the Tennessee Walking Horse. They are very versatile. You can do anything on them! They r known for their smooth gait and comfortable ride. They have very sweet personalitys and always want to please people. Then you have your saddle horses. Have an excelent gait and are usually gentle. you can go to horsetopia.com and find anything you want.
quarter horse, Thoroughbred, Morgan it really depends on your tastes anyway good luck!!
If you want western pleasure or anything western, definitely get a quarter horse, they are AMAZING (with just about anything, but western especially because of there great butt...I'm serious) and then for english pleasure or showjumping or anything like that, I'd get a Dutch Warmblood (though they are EXPENSIVE), Arabian, or a Morgan. They are all great horses though. :) Good luck!
Quarter horses and Paints`are great all around horses it all depends on what your going to do.
