Snake List
Does anyone know where I can find a list of snakes? I don't need any of the facts about them, I just need names. I've tried poking around the internet but all I get back are music sites.
Answers:Go to www.kingsnake.com up at the top of the page there will be a bunch of links go to forums and click on that then you will see dozens of general topics. From there you can go to what every type of snake you would like or just take the snakes name and move on to the next one.
As for which snake eats birds. Well most types of constrictors as well as many other species of snakes will eat birds. Mostly it is arboreal(tree dwelling) snakes that eat birds. I have seen pythons, boas, rattlesnakes, and yes even a gopher snake eat the appropriatly sized chicken. Most keepers do not feed birds to thier snakes since it makes thier feces smell really bad.

Go to yahoo and type in "different species snake listing" in the search bar. I did that, and it brought up a listing of snakes available for sale on the Internet, but not of wild snakes. But, it's a start.
