I love the morphs, but I am afraid of healthproblems.

Answers:

There really aren't any. Reptiles are not like mammals when it comes to inbreeding, this is mostly due to the small geographical ranges that many reptiles survive in. Cornsnake and Milksnake morphs have been around for years, and during that time have been inbred countless times with no ill effects.

However, there are "bad" genes that may get passed down just as morph genes get passed down from generation to generation. For instance, leucistic rat snakes have a condition known as "bug eyes" whereas some of the offspring will have bulging eyes. This trait can get passed down if breeders allow it to (and some do), but it can also be stopped if the animals with that trait or gene are not allowed to breed.

If you are concerned about health problems, do your homework with regards to the breeder and make sure they have a good track record in the herp community.
