how old is it and how long have you had it from my experiences with water dragons babys do not adust well to new homes. check its temperature (cage of course not the dragon) and hmidity, have you observed him eating or drinking well. water dragons drink out of bowls better if you put an airstone in it to create a little movement. if hes an older dragon and just started this take him to a vet(probably should do that anyway just to be shure of no parasites)

Do the decent thing, give it a burial and make sure if you get another one, dont get it from the same souce and make sure you have a good handbook into looking after water dragons

Check to see if the dragon is alive if not then do the right thing and bury it, if it is alive get it to the nearest reptile vet as soon as possible.Don't take it to just any vet as most of them do not know enough about exotic animals to treat themn well it needs to be a exotic specialist.
