how can i get rid of a massive spider in my house, im so scared i cant even squash it! help

Put a glass over it, slide a piece of paper of card under the card, thus trapping the spider. Then throw it out the door/window!

the hoover. i always use a hoover. they cant get back out. TRUST ME. I AM TERRIFIED OF THEM.

i don't like spiders either! my husband usually comes and kills them for me. grab a shoe and whack it! wear a glove if you have to.

for sure dont squash it.. think of all the help that spider has been - every big spider means alot of other bugs were eaten - woo hoo

simply place a glass jar over top of him/her and slide a piece of paper under the jar so you trap the spider in the jar and then can scoop him/her up and remove from your home to the great outdoors

Oh i hate spiders too! Two things. You can use regular bug spray and spray it or it's web. or (this is something i learned from sneaking out to have a cigarette), if you smoke you can light up a cigarette and blow the smoke at it's web. I don't kwow why it works but it does. Of course the fact that it kills the spider in a day, probably means i should quit.

You can vacuum it up and then tape shut the vacuum for a week. You can buy spider traps at Wal-Mart for future spiders. You can caulk shut openings in your home.

when you throw ot outside make sure it is far away so it dont come back
