sidewinding
concertina
now my question is what are the last 2 for(sidewinding&concertina)

Answers:Sidewinding is when a snake uses two parts of its body to move, and it's also the fastest method of travel. Used primarily on slick surfaces.
Concertina is explained as taking "steps" whereas the snake uses portions of its body to move in concert with each other.
Here's a link with a much more detailed description of each method: http://reptilis.net/serpentes/moving.htm.
Sidewinding is just that: The wave-like movement that sidewinders and some other snakes use. concertina is the side-to-side movement that looks like an accordion (hence concertina). I don't think ball pythons in particular use those last 2 movements though.
