The same thing that you would feed a non-albino lizard. Being albino is a genetic thing, not a food-based thing. Albino humans eat the same thing as "normal" humans.
I know lizards like crickets and other insects so you may want to try getting some crickets from a pet store to start with. Also talk to the consultants at the pet store and they'll give you some guidance.
