what kind of reptile should i get(excluding snakes)2007-11-24 2:03:40

i realy want to get another reptile, and i just dont know what to get. i hate snakes so that is out of the question, but i already got a chinese water dragon, and i want to get something else. so help me out plz. i like choices so if u could plz give me a list of begginer reptiles i could get. best answer gets 10 points. thanks =]

Leopard Gecko - Doesn't require any special lightning, can be handled and is extremely hardly. They also come in many different types of color morphs. A 10 gallon tank, screen hood, heat pad, water dish and some crickets will do.

African-Fat Tailed Gecko - Similiar to the leopard but requires abit more humidity.

Blue Tongued Skink - Can be handled, requires UVB lighting and is fair tempered. Grows to 18-24"

Green or Brown Anole - Tiny lizard, interesting social structures and can be kept in a 10 gallon. Requires humidity and very active.

I would suggest a gecko because they usaully can be handled easilly and don't need special lights and huge tanks, small geckos can be kept in small tanks with electric heated rocks for laying on, which don't uasaully cost to much.
