Whoa! 15 pounds?! I find that extremely hard to believe, but I suppose anything is possible.
An adult male should weigh between 1,000 and 2,500 grams (2.2 to 5.5 lbs). An adult female should weigh between 2,000 and 3,500 grams (4.4 to 7.7 lbs).
Well it's fairly easy to measure one with a tape measure, but hard as hell to get one on a scale.
because weight is the most fluctuated measurement there is depends on how much fed its life how often how well taken care of and male and female i never have weighd mine but as far as i can tell from other specialists an adult ranges from 2300 - 3000 grams
3 to 6 ft, though the average is 4-5 ft.
5 to 15 lbs.
15 pounds and 6 feet huh. ya and i have a thirty foot retic.
"sarcasm"
if memory serves, the longest bp ever recorded came close to around 6 feet but the thing was like 30+ years old. anyone who says they have a longer one either doesnt know the difference between a ball python and a retic, or they need to stop measuring the shed. as far as weight, it varies. all depends upon if you have them for breeding purposes or not. if you feel you are underfeeding the best thing to do is see if the backbone is visible. if you can easily se it , then you need to feed the snake. if not, then continue with your usual feeding schedule.
