Keep Ariel by herself but maybe put seperate cages next to each other or get Loretta another bunny, but never force animals to stay together if they dont want to-they will probably fight and could get hurt

I think you need to respect the bunny, Ariel, who does not want a room mate. Keep them separate.

Maybe you need another bunny to be with Loretta? Let Loretta pick..

Are they both female? If not, you may end up with a bunch of little kits. Are they the same age and size? Did you get them together? These factors would all need to be taken into account. I would put up a fence between them and let them get aquainted and then when they feel safe and start snuggling next to each other through the fence or laying next to each other in their own cages try putting them together again.

You may want to give Loretta a stuffed animal, but make sure it doesn't have eyes that she could bite off and choke on. My rabbits have always been chewers, and would have bitten off hard button eyes or noses.

There is a lot of excellent information on the Houserabbit Society webpages.

Be with? Umm, like biblically? Get alterred then. By the way this is posted in wrong forum, rabbits are not rodents. If one wants to be friends but the other doesn'tyou may or may not be able to introduce. Rabbits are hard to read. Hard to train, ulike adog who may be dog aggressive- I wouldn'tchance an aggressive rabbit with a"normal"one. Rabbits aren't as sweet and innocent as you think.
Hey I actually have the same problem I have a male dutch and a new black lil bunny what I would suggest if you do let them together gradually do it dont just put them together But be w/ with them all the time while doin this.
Just keep them seprate if they dont both agree then they shouldn't be together. You don't want them to fight or anything.
I would try it...but. watch them so they don't get in a fight if they star liking each other then go for it!
you can try to give them play time together, but if one gets irritated enough, it can and will attack the other. don't let the cuteness fool you... they can do some serious damage when they want to. do not leave them unsupervised together and be prepared to take one or both to the vet if there's a fight.
if one bunny wants company and the other doesn't, don't put them together with each other. the bunny that wants company will get it's butt kicked.
How about some playtime together and some alone time. Mix it up so everyone is happy.

My rabbit loves to be with me too.

Definitly keep them seprate unless you want a lot of other rabbits around... rabbits will be with any other rabbit they can have.
