i have saved up my money to either to get 2 pet rats or a guinea pig wich would you choose ? i think i would like rats better but i have had a guinea pig too who was the cutest thing ever but i never had rats so i think that may be why i want them more plus i have done alot of research on them and they sound like good pets

Get the rats. We have 3 and they are awesome. You can train them to do tricks and litter box train them if you have patients.

i have 2 boy rats, one hairless and the yare aw sweet as can be and are fun little things

but if i was you i would probly get 2 ginny pigs because they are more tame and such, and you can hold em without them bouncing all over. but both are great

get the rats...if you get one of each gender, you can prolly get more.

guinea pigs can be very unhappy on their own so i would say two rats definitely

i would choose a guinea pig over 2 rats. they arent as smelly and can be smart sometimes.

If you get a guinea pig, then you'll need 2 because guinea pigs are herd animals, and are quite lonely by themselves (I doubt you'd be able to spend 24/7 with them like another pig buddy would).
