my rats tail is like not pink anymore. its like greenish black. idk how to wash it if that is the problem. what is wrong?

Is it ok for my male rat to take alll his fool as soon as i give it to him and store it around his cage
Answers:Yes, you do need to give your male rat a bath every so offten.You can just wash his tail since that's the problem right now.
You can wrap him in a towel so he feels safe and leave his tail out and wash it in warm water.Does your male rat have an orangish back, if so wash that too so he stays healthy.Male rats get orange back from being sexually mature .
Yes, they do store their food around their cage, just make sure you take it out everyday so it does not go bad and make him sick.

One rats are hoarders and yes you can give him abath with baby shampoo be carefull. rats hate baths unless you own a weird rat like mine.

Rats always take their food and stow it away. As for washing, just use baby shampoo.
