You may want to put in a cut up piece of cloth or an unused bit of sweater. Rodents love to snuggle up inside clothes to keep warm. You may also want to cover most of his cage with a piece of cloth so it doesn't get too cold inside. The best and easiest way to keep it warm would be to spare some warm material like an unused sweater. Just cut it into a reasonable size and stuff it at one corner of the cage and he'll probably go snuggle right in it.

Put a heatpad or hot water bottle under his cage. Perhaps call your vet for some high vitamin food.
As suggested, he needs heat pad under his cage, or a hot water bottle - but preferably a pad because the cage will sit on it easier!

In the wild, mice snuggle together to keep warm. Is this mousy all alone? (mine was when the others had died, I kept a heat pad under the cage and she snuggled up to it)

Just to check, your mouse doesn't eat bread only does he? He should be on proper mouse mix.

Where do you keep his cage? If it's near a window, move it. It could be getting a draft and windows are not a good place to put any pet.
