Are guinea pigs VERY HARD to care for
while i was strolling in our local mall...i passed by a pet shop...i saw cute little critters...at first i thought they were hamsters!! LOL...but the pet shop owner corrected me and said that they are guinea pigs..hahaha!...
i really want to buy one..and of course they are not cheap...can u plss tell me tips on how a helthy piggy looks like because i'm afraid that when they arrive home they will die immediately...

they are not that hard to care for. they are pretty easy he he. anyway just make sure u keep the cage clean and feed it lots of greens. plenty of water. i am not sure how to tell u if they are healthy.
No... all you gotta do is clean the cage every week, buy food,toyd,and other stuff. ANd try not to get bored of it after 2 minutes. They also bite hard
they are easy. get a room cage, lots of cedar/pine chips, a little food bowl, water bottle... maybe even a mate. keep the cage clean. pet him. love him. talk to him. get him used to human contact (so he won't bite).
if you do get a male and female, you have ot remove the male from the cage when the babies are born--the male will eat them.
