Oh yeah are males or females better? Which are easier to take care of?

for a person new to hamsters, syrians are recommended and robos are not...syrians are bigger and easier to handle and tame..and its also nice to "squueze" them (lightly of course)..and since syrians are solitar animals, one per cage, u shouldnt have problems of breeding just in case the pet shop couldnt tell the genders properly..males or females dun matter..as long as u give it lots of TLC&love(=

the best breed to get is Sarina because I had one and it lived up to 6 years, and get a girl...more calmer, when you get it a month after it will have concentrated urine I warn you not to take it out or they'll be super mad at you (that's so it's claimming his/ her

yes,they are good pet if you handle them a lot. the best bred of hamster is dwarfs.It doesn't`t mater if it is male or females. just don`t buy both.

Hamsters are great pets because they are simple but great companions. Bear hamsters are a great breed of hamster, I had one and it was very nice and lasted a long time. Females are better in my eyes as long as it's not pregnant. Good luck!

You may also want to get a winter white hamster. Just make sure they don't get out of the cage. Their coats turn white during the winter and they are very beautiful. They are dwarf hamsters so they can hide easy. I suggest getting a male. Female winter whites are very aggresive.

Ive herd girls are more hyper than guys..... and guys are less active but the males are messier.oh and dwarf hamsters are really nice hamsters
