Are these rabbits forced to do this2007-11-24 21:58:09

I am an owner of three rabbits... I found this site and am little upset, that these rabbits are forced to do this.

I mean, do they look happy to you? Maybe I should write the owner an Email... just to ask him about.

You mean to eat tomatoes?

Don't think you'd be able to force a rabbit to eat anything they didn't want to (at least not as freely as these are)

The only thing wrong in my eyes is that they have been given tomato to eat - being a 'wet food' (one that contains lots of water i.e cucumber, tomato) they can cause some rabbits to get diarrhea. But if the owner is moderating their intake etc ... it shouldn't be too much of a problem!

Most of the other videos (those I watched i.e begging, window sill) are all natural behaviors, one of my bunnies used to jump up onto the settee and sit with us (a behavior we never taught).

They look happy and healthy to me - but if you are worried, email him for reassurance!

No, they don't look very happy do they? They look sad and I think you should write the owner an email. I might myself as well. Poor bunnies. =(

I'm not sure what you are worried about either. It looks like the 2 buns' parents just like to take pictures and videos of the buns to post on their blog. They don't appear forced to do anything. There are quite a few bunny blogs out there that chronicle the lives of house rabbits.

They look fine to me, anyway there is nothing really entertaining about it, and it just look likes bunnies exploring and eating. How could the owner make them do this, ive never heard of a trained bunny.

I mean they look fine to me. I breed rabbits. there just really cute bunnies that are very much loved.

Forced to do what? Eat tomatoes? Rabbits love fruits and vegetables. I really don't see what you see.
