i have 2 hammies and one is a girl and the other is a girl (witch i thout she was) well i went to galvasten with my friends and i left the hamsters there but..i gave them lots of water and food.so i come back and what do i see...BABY HAMSTERS i was like WHAT? so i called the petstore where i got my hamsters and he said OH that one is a boy.so my question is what am i supost to do with alot of BABY HAMSTERS.plz HELP!!!!!

DONT TOUCH THE BABIES! or the mom might cannableize them (eat them) take the dad out (father hamsters are known to eat their young) leave them alone and dont change the bedding until the pups are weened (can live and eat on their own)!! the mom should doo a good job. dont worry. but the mom is very protective right now so dont play with her or the pups until they are five weeks old. every day make sure there is the same number of babies as there were before so you know she didnt eat any. in a nutshell dont touch them the mom will take care of buisness. you can touch and play with the babies in abought 5 weeks. ...oh animal girl is 100% wrong i have had gerbil litters and the parents never ate the babies. actually gerbil dads help raise the babies but the hamster dads normally eat them.

well first off congrats! and second you can give them to friends or to a trustworthy pet store

Give them away, or sell them back to the pet store, and get rid of one of them before you have more babies.

See if the pet store will take them for you. That's what we did when I ended up with tons of baby mice. Also separate your hamsters, or you will have more, and more babies. That is if she's not already pregnant again.

Well, first you need to calm down. Call around, ask petstores, the humane society, etc. to take your babies. And get them away from the parents! Hamsters and gerbils eat their babies!! I've even seen it before! It's discusting! Get rid of the male immediately! Your female's most likely pregnant again!
