I've had Her For About Almost A Monthe. Shes Very Greedy & Doesn't Like Me Much. I Wish She Did. What Can I Do? I Also Think Shes Pregnant. We Brought Her To A Friends House He Owns 2 Male Hamsters And I Guess One Hamster Was Licking Ours? What Is ThatA bout? Anyways? Please Answer. Please Be Respectful.

You have to be nice to your hamster and she has to get used to you, give her treats, That is very strange for a 2 month baby hamster to be pregnant... Make sure she gets plenty of rest and buy a ball so she can run around and get used to her house. Trust me, my hamster was the same when I just bought him

If you've only had her for two months, you should give her some space. And two months old is way too young for her to get pregnant! I say keep her away from all hamsters except her family.

well my hamster didnt like me until 3 months after i got it.so it takes time and she is way to young to be pregnet so she cant be.

Just be easy with her. Take some time be very calm. Don't make sudden movements. Just pet for now. See them every day and they will get use to it :D Finally put them in something and pick it up and pet her. She's not mean she's just scared and confused of you and needs to bite to protect herself. I have seven hamsters and know this. Also Cookie one of out hamsters when we got her she was like 2 months. She was very very fat and her sides were bulgded out and she was in a bent positionn. A week later she gave birth to 4 babies who are now about 2 months. So I guess she is 4 months. Anyways if they just licked her then she is not pregnant. Before Cookie gave birth she was terrified of us. Then after she gave birth we couldnt touch her. But then once they were grown up and everything we could pet her. She was very calm and was a big fat lump lol. But she became very nice and now I really like her. You just have to be calm pet and take time. It may take a while for him to get used to being handled. Once he has settled in, it is best to start stroking him in his cage and talking to him gently so that he becomes used to you and your voice.

Your pet will soon become tame and affectionate if you handle him often but it is important to do this properly.

Always handle him when you are sitting down so that if he tries to jump he will not fall too far and hurt himself. Have him facing you and scoop him up using both hands. Let him walk from one hand to the other and, should he try to jump never squeeze him tightly. If you do not feel confident in picking him up and holding him, ask Mum or Dad to help.
