my haster syrian just turned just turned 2 and i noticed that her stomach is turning black and she is slowing down and doesnt want to move

Answers:

The fur or skin or is there a black coating on hammie?

If it's the fur and it's clean then hammie is just changing its seasonal coat.

If it's the skin, I have no idea and I would get to the vet immediately!

If there is a dark coating your hammie may well have Wet Tail. This is BAD and hammies only chance of survival is vet treatment and rehydration.

Please take hammie to the vet asap to be sure. As she is 'slowing down' it sounds very much like she is getting poorly.

What kind of bedding are you using? Certain kinds can change when urine soaks in and can change the coats different colors.

Another option, is the black like dye or could it be feces? Hamsters really don't live that long, only 2-5 years usually and being a small pet, they don't show their symptoms until often it's too late.

See if there is a vet in your area that has experience dealing with small pets, also known as "pocket pets." They may be able to help you more.

Also, if it is feces and she has diarrhea get some Dry Tail as SOOON as possible. She can dehydrate and get very ill VERY quickly.
